Growing up on a family fruit orchard, I saw first-hand that effort does not always translate into outcomes. It shaped my interest in how businesses operate, adapt and survive.
Twenty years working with NAB and Westpac followed, spanning business banking, property finance, relationship management and leadership. The role I valued most was helping owners untangle the complexity of their banking and align it with where they wanted to go.
Prospero Partners brings that experience together across housing and investment lending, property development, and business funding, so owners and the families behind them can stay focused on what they have built.
